I got promoted to sse in 2022 dec, got 22.5% hike. After that no hike till dec 2024, got 6.5% . Not sure how much I will get this June.

Depend on project and it's budget.... From last 2 years, people are not getting hikes.. I guess due to some policies.... But yes, i know some people who have got 4%.. Some got 12 % in laat December
