Staff software engineer role at Turing. Should I join?

I have 10+ years of experience and after several job applications and interviews in last 2 months, I am getting a role of Staff software engineer - LLM Product at Turing which is completely remote. They started with remote hiring product but now are expanding into AGI development. Turing builds and deploys generative AI products and solutions for organizations managing complex data.

Turing has hired some of the top notch talent from FAANG companies into their leadership, however I am not sure about overall engineering quality and culture.

Offer: 75 lpa base + stock options I am trying to negotiate the offer to take it upto 80+ lpa. However I am looking to get more insights about the job security and culture at Turing. If anyone have any pointers, please help out 😊
