Staff rank in ey

Hi all,

I am applying for a role in ey for sap sd staff consultant techops. Can you tell me what is the hierarchy here at ey. (Role says staff 2,3 techops , Application Management) And should i join at this level. And what should i ask. Fyi- I have 1.5 years exp in accenture and am a sap certified consultant. current yearly pay 5L fixed 4.5L
