Trending @Cognizant; Stability or Growth?
I’ve got two offers — 👉 One from a well-established product-based MNC (11 LPA) 👉 Another from a fast-growing product-based fintech startup (~200 employees) offering 12 LPA
The startup looks promising, and I feel there’s more room for financial growth and opportunities. I might even get to work closely with the CTO/management and make visible contributions. Whereas in the MNC, things are more stable but recognition and impact are often limited.
I’m currently looking for better opportunities and long-term financial growth. What would you choose in this case — stability or growth?
If you are below 30(age), I would prefer you to choose growth. This is the age where we can take risk and boost up our package. If you are in late 30's then you can go for stability
