depends upon your rating it may be up 17% to 55%. i know few people who got 55% as well. ita like 17, 22, 35, 45%

no interview but you need a manager recommendation and Dm should nominate you for role change

Before getting the promotion only the rating was outstanding. Based on last rating only we get hike or promotion this year na. Before outstanding i had commendable rating. Before that also commendable.
