Trending @Infosys; SSE To TA Role ??
Hi all, i have been working in infosys for 3.8 years now. I have switched 3 projects. 1 project was support worked in it for 1.6 years then worked as a tech writer and now working as a tester. I have joined this project recently, it has just been 4 months now. Can i ask my manager for a technology analyst role or will he just dismiss it saying i am new to project etc etc. I am not very sure what is the process to get this TA role, do our managers nominate it or do we get the mails directly? Please need all your suggestions. Could you all please let me know?
You must ask now. Just make sure you must complete 1 year in SSE role as that in eligibility criteria.
once you complete 1 year in SSE you must ask your manager to nominate you for a role change.
once manager/DM nominate you for TA role then at end of that quater you will get letter of promotion
