Trending @Infosys; SSE to TA promotion pending
Getting short duration projects since last 2 years thats why not getting manager recommendation for decent hike or promotion to TA Last month joined new project and completed 4.1 years with Infosys and 3 years as SSE .
For promotion to TA talked to HR she said no slots available in unit and manager is saying will check , please can anyone help and guide ho can I get promoted.
Recently got my unit changed so might not be eligible for IJP
There is nothing about slots, those things, all are false. Only manager can do it
Bro, just apply for promotional IJP to get hike Don't rely on Manager.Im also facing same issue and thinking to apply for IJP.

Increase your DQ to the top 10% of your unit then you will be exempted from giving assessment for ACON Bridge and you can directly go for video assessment. Or prepare for the switch.
On same boat, completed 4 yrs, still SSE
