How normally we will get the information about our progression, I got an email from delivery head about my TA promotion and appreciation as well, but I don't receive any system generated mail, I joined infosys 2022 April. Currently in the Dna cloud unit, I don't apply any IJP. When will I get a salary hike and how much will I get if my salary is 4.5, I got outstanding in the past two cycles.
What is the criteria to become TA from SSE , I already completed total 4 years of experience and 1.6 years as SSE , and my previous rating was OS , checked with my manager he said he already nominated my name , when can I expect my promotion ??
Check in next quarter, if it's not reflected ask your manager again, 3 years of experience is a criteria
