I joined infy in Oct 2021. Completed 3 yrs in infy. My current role is SSE for the past 1 year. I talked to my manager about my promotion to TA. He said he has nominated me and also he said like if I'm eligible I will be TA. Am I eligible and if he has nominated this month when will my role change to TA.

I joined in June 2021. Got promoted to SSE in Oct 2023 and after letting my manager know that I am interested in TA role during the appraisal cycle, I got promoted to TA in Dec 2024. I guess it varies across units and depends on the timing of the manager’s nomination.
