Trending @Infosys; SSE to TA. How much i will get if i prompt to ss to TA and what will be the inhand salary per month and how much i will get as a varaible

For my case i got promoted to TA and my package went from 4.16LPA to 6.83 including promotion and hike with outstanding rating

In recent times the CTC varies from 5 LPA to 6.5 LPA and really don't know what the criteria is.

My friend got 6.5 LPA after becoming TA which includes a hike as well for the outstanding rating. in hand for 6.5 lpa is 40K.
