What's the eligibility criteria for senior systems engineer to become technology analyst.
If you completed 3yrs from SE role or nearing to 3yrs then inform manager that you reached RM and to nominate you in upcoming slots for progression. Generally they do it automatically after RM but some managers are lethargic which delays progression and have to be informed otherwise they reason you with "you should have informed me earlier"
Its not lethergic sir..we know how SE and SSE performing. Based on that we nominate!! We have a option in the icount to promote now or defer by 6 months!!
Cost cutting at every possible chance. Previously we became TA exactly after 3 yr after joining as system engineer trainee, like a clockwork. Remember 3 y includes training n lot of bench time
Sometimes based on manager and unit requirements also
2 yrs experience in SSE role
I joined SSE and currently i have 4 years of experience. I still have an SSE role only. Apart ijp any chance to promotion
