I’m in project currently and completed my 2years experience in infy. I also got accolades from manager and team for good work. But when I ask for SSE manager is saying to wait for 6months. What might be the reason

We have to complete 18 months in each role. This is what I heard from my manager.

What was your performance for the last cycle? Of NI OR UP, they wont send progression mail neither will change ypur compensation but for many with met expectations, the progression is delayed.

U have to spend 2 years in SE role then you will get SSE by default and Training doesn't count as experience
