Totally depends on company bro. I know 7+ yoe earning 30 lpa but is chilled out. And if u compare with those who got offer in boom period then it’ll only make u feel more down.

23-25 LPA fixed component is 2 YOE engineer's salary at FAANG and some Indian startups as well. In FAANG, there's a big stock component in addition. In startups, around 2 Lakhs variable (in addition) is there in terms of performance bonus. Everyone's journey is different. So please don't get demotivated. Just use this as fuel and prepare for the big companies and give your best. You would be rewarded for your hard work, have faith
