SRE Salary @ Workday

Hey. I have a friend who is interviewing with Workday for SRE and wants to know about the growth and opportunities at Workday for an SRE. What is the salary they would offer? (as he has no idea about that) Does it have a good work life balance? Any help here would be really appreciated. Thanks!
