SRE/DevOps Role (Please Help)

Can someone please let me know what are all the tools & technologies required for a Site Reliability Engineer or DevOPs Role for Google interview.

  1. How many Interview Rounds will be there ?
  2. What type of Coding questions should i prepare ?
  3. Questions that can be ask from DevOps topics ?

All depends on your yoe.. I have 3.5 yrs yoe so I can give info related to that exp.

  1. 2 Tech + 1 (Tech+ Managerial) + HR discussion -- That's the standard format of all companies.. Few PBCs take 3 rounds of tech interviews.
  2. As a DevOps/SRE you should know basic to medium Arrays, Strings, LL, stacks, that's all. Again it depends on companies, but most companies use above topics. And along with coding you should know basics of SQL and Shell scripting.
  3. Questions can be from your resume or scenario based, but most of the time they will stick to your resume and try to pick questions from there...
