Sr Manager Data Science IC role salary should be..?

Tldr: Sr Manager Data Science salary at McCormick (CPG industry) Gurgaon should be?

In salary discussion with McCormick Gurgaon. I'm currently at 35L (30 fixed) / 11 yoe. What should the ideal number be for this new role? Interviews were very good. I quoted 46.5L total comp but they came back with 42L +3L JB. They might reflect on my ask once again but want to know what is a good number for me to ask. I will also have to relocate from BLR to GGN for this. TIA.
