Afaik sprinklr was aggressively hiring in 2024 just a few months ago. Companies shouldn't be allowed to get away with this behaviour.

Should be blacklisted permanently from these institutes

If this was done any time before 2023, a ban would have been imposed immediately and very publicly too! I come from a tier 1 college(at least it used to be tier 1 when I joined) and a company called cogoport had hired a bunch of people and laid them off very soon after their joining which got them blacklisted from placements. However, the placement scenario of 2023 was so bad that all blacklists on companies were removed and cogoport was able to successfully hire that year.

Revoked across all campuses. Problem with this is this gives ammo to other organisations to revoke their offers. Companies like sprinklr are day 0 as well.
