Springboot Java Projects Suggestions

Currently learning Springboot/Java because I want to shift to it from my current techstack. Done with the basics but I prefer to learn while doing projects. Can anyone please suggest what projects I can do that will help me to improve but also something I can put on my resume? Thanks!!

Learn spring webflux with kotlin.

This is the future. Every company is moving to this.

Then build a scalable slack like backend (1:1, 1:N chats channels & threads) with the same.

This will demonstrate - you can solve problem, your approach & design.
