Spreading False information
When I read the newspaper and get the news from Google I see that there are many news things like TCS giving hikes or giving bonuses something like that. It's been 3 years for me in TCS and I am reading the same news since then but I never got an increment and bonus which was mentioned in those articles. I am not understanding, When they are not giving who is spreading the false information. Is that just a PR stunt. And how come no one is asking for justification on that.
I dont think the information in newspapers are false. In most cases the newspapers say like the hike given to employees are in double digits. And TCS would have give that to a very few employees. But most of us would be getting peanuts. From my experience, it is required to create a hype or positive feeling among the public regarding any company by projecting only the good aspects and hide the negative information. The ultimate aim of any company is to increase the stock prices and make themselves as the most valuable company.
