Any idea on spot resignation? I have completed almost 2months notice period but due to some personal reasons I cannot serve 3months notice. My PM is not ready to leave me early even after knowing my situation. My HM asked me to spot resign. Can someone give me an idea on this. Will it impact my letters? Fnf? Etc
