Sports or gym...

Intense sports like badminton, basketball or football is much much better than that stationary muscle swelling gymming imo. I do play badminton at an intermediate level and it's mentally exhausting as well because you have to place your shots well in order to win, but gym doesn't have any sorts of brain involved plus it doesn't develop any stamina as compared to sports.

Plus a sports person anyday has better endurance, stamina and flexibility than a hard core gym person

Theres way too much chances to injury in contact sports like football than in gym
Also the muscle u build in gym will help u lose fat faster than the sweat in sports

I used to play badminton 5 times in a week, now I play badminton 3 days and 3 days gym. Never felt so good. Badminton shots fly..lol Strength and stamina has improved alot.

I think both are good, just depends on what kind of person you are. If you can stick to a routine and push yourself everyday, gym works great for you. Otherwise, sports is the best thing

But what i learned after multiple surgery playing sports Alway do warm up and play
Never skip warm up
So tht body will be ready to take any kind of moment since my lifestyle is working in one place and body is not so active like before in clg
