Spoiled Job Market
People like him have spoiled the hiring for ever. If they want they can ask candidate to join in 10 mins. Because of this insanity, so many worthy candidates are suffering. Even if they want to hire instantly, they are not gonna pay good.
How have they spoiled hiring? Their main TG is service industry folks. They wont be pay masters as well. I feel grapevine has more Product based crowd. The job market is bad for both set of folks at the end of the day.
Job market isn't that bad, people like you and him made it worse and continue doing it. If you plan to have kid with your partner, would you still say I need a baby in in a week. Because I don't know anything about planning and about your condition I don't give a damn!! I need a baby next Monday
