Based on your experience, the ballpark for an SPM at LinkedIn might be between 80L-120L, including variables and stock options. It depends on the exact role and location though, remember to negotiate.

I follow the below strategy Have a defined easy framework for each of product sense, execution, strategy, behaviour, metrics rounds...

Then to whichever company I have applied pick one problem in the above category and solve. Also, I take my fav product and apply the above category and solve.

Senior will probably somewhere in the mid 80s maybe 90. Although other companies senior maps to LinkedIn staff - try to get up levelled if you have competing L5/senior offers. Staff can go to 1.2 cr, but with budget cuts who knows.
