Splunk India

Recently, seeing Splunk hiring aggressively in India post 7% workforce layoffs in the US and Cisco merger. Is it a good time to join Splunk India ?

Don’t think there are any Software folks there, linkedin shows none. I am only worried about the very high US dependency and the on-call given there are no or very few folks there.
