Spill the beans, how is Alexa org at Amazon?

Deep into interviews with Alexa team and I want to know what the work culture would be like. I have heard Alexa had a ton of layoffs - is that a red flag? 🚩

The team is Alexa Voice Services in particular, would love to hear more if there’s something on this.
