Speed rating for anniversary
My aniversary rating was given lower , when I asked about the reason they said that the account superiors had ordered him stating that they cannot give good ratings in anniversary even if we can defend it and the raise will be anyways same but it wasn't. Can I do anything regarding this without getting in trouble or damaging my career?
Of course, you should ask him in the mail if you think that you worked hard and deserve better rating. At the end, it's about your career progression not anyone else. Just remember , in the corporate world no one is going to help you from the management department so it is better to raise your voice. I will suggest you to send an email regarding the same, formally asking him for the reason for the low rating and wait for his response. Don't forget to cc his manager as well...then only you will see their real face..they all are bunch of liars and I bet hi will not mention the same silly reason there.
