Do adc non compliance in ievolve has any effect in banding ?..
I have been informed by my colleagues that few mf managers are lowering the bands just with the excuse that your name is in the promotion initiated list ( although it is pending from more than 2 years and there is no chance of promotion rollout this year as well) but they are considering that also to reduce your Band .so now you can think about this organisation how much dignity it has lost.
I update my self competencies in March but ai don't know that after manager evaluation it's became freezed now it is updating in ievolve but it is not reflecting in speed
See tbh Bands are independent of IPF and are extremely political topic.
Management decides EoD what band to give. The entire system is flawed. So if you are ADC Non Compliant they will just use that as an excuse why you got a lower band.
Here most bands are decided the moment HR tells the project how many bands are available for the project each category. They also prepare the list of reasons as well way ahead why one ends up with a band.
So if you give them a reason they will use it. Thats the instruction. If there is no issue then TL and Managers will blame the HR. HR will blame project. Then it just goes to will check and get back but thats it.
Actually I updated adc after manager review so it's become freeze so now though I am adc compliant that is not reflecting in my speed
