SPEED Deadline.
Hi folks from TCS I got a mail from HR to set goals in SPEED portal. So I asked my manager and manager told me to initiate appraisal in SPEED. But due to no role is tagged on me, I can't initiate. I am circling around supervisor and HRs through teams and mails but they aren't responding.
What will happen if I don't initiate Anniversary appraisal before 15th july ? Will I not get the anniversary appraisal ? Will it be delayed ?

Your WON supervisor has access to tag your role. It takes less than 5 mins. Directly follow up with them, if they are lazy then send email CC to HR and other important folks in your account . If your appraisal is pending with them, they will get escalation email from HR. You just make sure you have an email sent from your side.
Hi, I did talked to my WON Supervisor, She did role tagging long ago but the request is now pending with some HRs. I messaged on teams as well as emailed them too. Still no reply and no role tagged.
Shoot an email to them. Ccing your PL and delivery manager and probably bosses of those HRs.
I am a new joinee in TCS, the same scenario is happening with me and my new colleague too, we have been following up with our supervisor everyday for the past 1 month he keeps saying I am checking, when we try to connect on his mobile he disconnects it and for our messages he replies 2 or 3 days later... It's easier to connect and meet politicians nowadays than connecting with TCS HR and supervisors.
