Speed - IPF

I had my manager review my goal and attribute. It said I have an IPF rating of 4.1 .

What is IPF rating ? What is Band?

I just completed 1 year in TCS. Don't have much idea on what it is

If it is your first year anniversary then you won't get any band. From 2nd year onwards the band will be given.

Rating matters only for the first year and based on this you'll get a hike. From second year, band will decide what percentage hike you'll get. People can get 4+ rating and still end up having c band and 2%(just an estimate) hike.

If you joined TCS as a gresher, you will get salary hike in this month end salary. In case if you joined as a experienced candidate, you will get from next year April month salary
