Trending @Wipro; Spectacles Claim
Hi Guys,
For every employee wipro provides Spectacles claim for that employee for every two years. Do any one have idea about that ? If a purchase is made from Lenskart in 1+1 offer during the offer period we get 2 spects and the bill gets split for 2 items. Then what happens if we apply for the claim. Do we get the claim till what the wipro limit amount (5000) or if the bill is around 7000 and if we split it by 2 then cost of each spectacle is 3500. Then do we get the 5000 or 3500 as claim ?
Can someone confirm on this ?

We won’t get for the split bills, they will ask for a combine summary one bill to claim it, I have faced the same problem. Where I got the amount for only one bill.
In the same bill they divided the products like below example. Product1 7200 Product2 7200 Product3 3500
Total 17900 Discount 10000
Net amount 7900
So what should we do now ?

So you have to check in MAS what's your eligible amount for specs. It's usually 5k. I claimed for my glasses which I bought from Lenskart (1+1 offer). So the total amount for both the glasses were 13k, and it was split in 2 bills for each specs - 7k and 6k. I submitted my 7k bill and got reimbursed for 5k (the upper limit in MAS). Note: You need the invoice and power card
How to claim? Can anyone assist
Call the lenskart guy for home appointment for eye check up. There they will show you more costly offers where single specs would cost 5000+.
