Hi All, I just got communicated with my year end ratings.

I’ve been getting Commendable since past 2 appraisal cycles. (22-23 & 23-24). Im having 2.6 YOE, currently mapped in MS account.

I need guidance with progression to L2.

  1. Is progression process happens every quarter?
  2. Is this process automatic or do we have to reach to someone to nominate?
  3. Is getting consecutive commendable enough to get progression?

Directly ask your mentor that I want progression to L2 then he will let you know what needs to be done.

There's some criteria to be met for eligible for L2 understand this from your mentor and if you met everything put forward your case and aspirations

I had a conversation with him, he said that it usually takes minimum 3 years and above.. so wait for few months.

Progression happens every quarter and manager has to recommend in the icount while giving rating post you met RM creteria. Getting OS doesnt guarantee you can get promotion but higher probability will be there
