Can anyone explain the whole process of specialist programmer from start to end and what is the level of coding questions and interview?

It's a very long process. One you give the exam and if you get selected, then you will auto release from the current project in 2 months. After that you have training for 2 months. Then you need to get into a production project. Subsequent quarter you may expect the role change letter. Typically the process might take anywhere between 8-12 months.
