As far as I know if STG NI then 90% termination only.

When I connected with the appraiser, he said that it is fine now since I am in a project. Last year, when I joined, I was on the bench and did not get a project, so he said I received an NI because of that. Now he says it is fine, but I still have doubts about variable pay and hikes.
