When can we expect the role change letter?

It’s already 20th August, and we haven’t received the letter yet. Will we get the arrears next month? And how much CTC we can expect as I got OS rating in last year

role change letters will be rolled next year since this exercise is centrally driven and based on leadership approvals 😂
