Any one knows what's the requirement to promote from SPL1 TO SPL2

Depending on your MUs , if you are in an internal project or IND MU then you will struggle and of course you need a hell lot of luck and a good rating.

Otherwise it will be min 3+ YOE with CD or OS rating. But in some ideal cases I saw people getting promoted in 2.5+ YOE.

Keeping knocking door of mentor and Tribe Lead or MU lead have a good rating ( not less than CD) and cross the finger to get promoted.

I am not in a good project actually, there is no much coding work for me ...so I don't think I may get cd ratings
