I joined Infosys in November 2021 as a Digital Specialist Engineer. After clearing the bridge program, I am currently working as a Specialist Programmer. Having completed 1 year in this role, I am curious about the timeline and criteria for promotion to SP L2. When can I expect to become an SP L2?
