My mnager has specifically targeted for PIP whereas there are literally other resources who sit and chill for 8hrs in the same project. In the previous cycle where everyone's hike was given a skip, this *ss licking person got promoted to CL8 literally coming into project for 6mnths and doing nothing except snatching credit from others!! Was shocked about the so-called "budget" constraints
