Special maternity leave

Will I get the special maternity leave or they will terminate me?Will it be better to apply for special maternity leaves in December as my ML are ending in Nov.In December how likely are chances that I will get any project soon?Need suggestion.Please suggest positive solutions and how to handle layoff.I have lot of responsibilities so I cannot sit without job.

Hi dear.. even I am also in the same situation. My ML are ending in this month. Applied for Special Maternity leaves. But HR is asking for lots of documents.

You need to provide Doctors certificate that you need more time to recover post delivery. Also apply before ML end. See leave policy document for more detail

I am not sure what special maternity leaves are but I took one month el after maternity which was approved without any questions and I connected with my previous project and I got billed from same day I joined back so I would suggest talk in your previous project and secure your place saves lot of unnecessary troubles

One of colleagues also went on long ML, but when she came back she had contacts and immediately got into project. If you get into project then there will be no issues, so before you rejoin post your leave, try already to get into some project.
