Special Maternity Leave Criteria

You need to submit a valid medical certificate which proofs that you are having any medical illness post delivery
Previously HR used to accept childcare reasons Presently they are not accepting you have to submit valid certificate which will be a proof of either baby or mother medical issues

oh okies , Thats what i was looking for , Thanks a lot , so a medical certificate from gynae can be submitted to the HR , how many days prior to the ML end date , this needs to be submitted ??
