Hi, Can anyone please share their compensation details for sp l2. To know whether it's worth it to stay in the company or switch. Thanks.

SPL 2 current salary for a fresher is 16 LPA 13.6 fixed 2.4 variable.Your SPL 2 salary depends on many things are you joining as lateral if yes it depends on your previous salary or from bridge or just by progression for L1 to L2.Every body may have different comp but all will most probably in range of 13 to 18.16 being the most peoples comp.But i think not advisable to stay beyong L2 because L3 happens at 6 or 7 exp on average.
