SOS- Appraisal - PLEASE HELP ME

today is the last day for appraisal submission they told, but I couldn’t submit as I don’t have current allocation showing in my appraisal project instead it’s showing old project where I didn’t work. I was jus tagged for 15days. Now how to ? And what will happen if we don’t submit today
