Soon will turn 26, never even talked casually with a girl

Im very shy person, not able to talk to random people, have social anxiety as well. I never interacted with girls much and till this point cannot even make an eye contact, i want someone who is career oriented, caring and loyal. I don't think AM me it's possible because it's highly transactional, I don't know what to do honestly, I feel too lonely at times as well. I don't think I'm ready for marriage but I don't come across girls like organically I could talk in that way, I don't think i can approach anyone in my life directly, also i have no friends. Im clueless at this point any suggestions will be appreciated.
