Sonata Software over tcs

Guys, please suggest your opinion to choose Sonata Software over tcs. Working for tcs now got an offer of 30% hike in Sonata Software, Hyderabad.

Is it a right decision to move ?!

First of all it is for which technology? Next my personal suggestion (Resign, look for a better offer in the notice period, still if you don't get a better offer may be take the resignation back in last week) Sonata software is not that good compared to TCS)
