Somewhat Stressed

Due to these layoffs in the IT sector, I am somewhat getting stressed and panicked. I want at least ₹20-30k per month permanent stable money for surviving. Any good investment suggestions where risk is low, principal for investment is low and it will be fulfilling my goals ?
