Today, something weird happened to me at the CTS Coimbatore office. While I was in the cafeteria, an HR representative approached me and asked for my employee ID. I asked why, and she said it was because I was wearing a T-shirt made of jersey material. However, I was actually wearing a high-GSM T-shirt, which might have a slight shine but is not jersey material. She wasn’t willing to listen to my explanation.

I recently joined the company at the beginning of this month, so I have no idea why such things are happening. Later, I received an email from the HR team regarding the dress code policy. One of my colleagues mentioned that if an employee receives three policy violation emails, they might face termination on the fourth instance. Is this true? In my previous organisation also have dress code policy, they don't do this kind of weird things 😕.
