When I hear people complaining about Work from Office.. It really makes me Sad... its like People are giving double the efforts of the salary they get.. yet the company wants them to suffer... Does not feel like we are educated workers working for a Reputed company.😓😢 ...
Someone should ask them in their so called drives that they do for "Environment" . Does forcing employees to come office does not add to pollution or carbon footprint..
and when they claim.. the organisation is Employee friendly... ask them If a person dont want to come why to cut his pay... Its a Draconian act by a Draconian Company😓😓😢
Nowadays they are just milking in the name of Tata... There is no "TATA" on the higher positions to even think about the brand and what it signifies. 😓
Tata's employee centricity from Chandra's time is lost now.
But no one raise to the higher management and also above C3A, we are not getting full pay also. They will say it is based on Unit Performance. All will work based on the work allocated. This is not really good I feel
