I selected for IBM, cleared 2 technical rounds currently salary discussion is on going.HR said they can provide with in the range between 19 LPA to 23 LPA.Currently I have 19 LPA in TCS including variable.Is it good to take offer from IBM or to stay back in TCS for some time.I have 10+ years IT experience.Can someone please suggest.
After we cross 15 LPA hike the amount would start getting less and less.
Also your IBM HR gave a range. Let them release the final offer then you take the final decision.
Office Location+role+client geography+tech stack is also an important factor.

Recently I allocated to new project in TCS don't know how will be wlb.I was thinking Iam underpaid in TCS.So looking for other offers.

If they give same then don't take the offer but you want to get out then take that offer and resign try for more
