I really couldn't understand what is happening in CG

The freshers are not getting projects, still in bench. But I can see frequent news like CG hired 10,000 freshers this month.

Why do they do this?

Just to show off the clients that we have huge workforce on paper a d we can handle large projects. Also a reason tht tbeh Dont want recruitment team to sit ideal🤣
