Trending @Accenture; Some Tips and Guidance

Hi Guys, Hope you all are doing well I am from a QA role but worked as a support for 2years and also tried asking for roll off from the beginning itself but no help they used to shut my mouth by saying it's an Accenture policy they cant help it...Luckily this month end I will be getting a roll off but not sure what to do once I get a roll off... I am planning to switch now,my goal is to become a data analyst so I want to know anybody here who was able to switch their role and what is the road map, not just to data analyst any role who were able to switch and how did you do that?
