When will we get appraisal hikes, if we got a commendable rating, how much hike can we except? when it reflects in the salary is that from next quarter from January or from December?

Hikes will be effective from January 1st for the most of the people, probably JL5 or below job level. For JL6 and above effective from April 1st.

Can we expect a hike for the people who recently got a promotion letter in July? I got promoted from Test Engineer to Quality Engineering Analyst (JL4A) with some bonus components added. No actual InHand increment. Can I expect a hike in January?
